Please read the following instructions carefully Prior to applying for RMA.

In order to improve our customer service, we provide a standard RMA form for the customer to fill out. By filling out the RMA form, our customers notify us about faulty equipment that needs to be repaired or replaced.

RMA Application Process

Notification of fault/s by means of an RMA application form (online) to be submitted to Accutime Ltd. All details are essential for the completion of the RMA therefore you are kindly requested to fill out all fields with no exceptions. After filling out all relevant details please submit to Accutime Ltd.

Delivery Procedure

  • Pack equipment in such a way that it is well protected from any possible damage.
  • Try and Pack equipment within one package and send all packages together in the same dispatch.
  • The following papers are to be enclosed with the package.
  • THIS RMA FORM THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED.
  • Mark the package(s) “FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE” and ensure its resistance to physical wear and tear and also to potential water damage.
  • Please address dispatch to the following address:Accutime Ltd, PO Box 169, Neston, CH33 9EE

Repair Procedure & Return Shipment

  • Upon its arrival, your equipment will be thoroughly checked in order to diagnose all possible faults.
  • Accutime Ltd Will contact you and will notify you if any potential costs will be incurred.
  • Once the repair has been completed, your equipment will be rechecked to ensure repair reliability.
  • Once the repair is done completely your equipment will be packed and return to you.
  • Items stored for more than 30 days without payment, will be subject to a storage and administration fee of £5.00 per week, or part thereof.

Closely following the guidelines and procedures stated above will ensure the customer receives effective, timely and satisfactory service.
