We bought our original clocking in machine a fair few years ago and decided to upgrade that, we looked at the options and that led back to Accutime and Time Tracer. The team at Accutime were as always really quick to respond and really helpful and we now have a much better and easier to use and reconcile clocking in system for our team. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase fingerprint/face recognition terminals. My company recently purchased 3 TA100 terminals from Accutime Ltd. Once set up the terminals have been great, allowing us to check live status boards and produce timecard reports, ensuring that payroll is correct and much less time consuming. However, it has been the customer service which has been the real star. Brendan, our contact, has worked so hard despite limited communication from our client’s IT providers. He spent time going through the system to ensure I fully understood its functionality. Can’t thank him enough .

We are an IT company and had Accutime install and assist remotely with our customers Facial Recognition system. We are 320 miles away from Accutime but the project has gone seamlessly. Brendan is our main contact and he is quite frankly the most thorough and nicest engineer I have ever dealt with in 20 years of IT, no problem is too much trouble and the training on conference call was not rushed and just excellent.
